Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Ajenu's cloud infrastructure services, you agree to these terms. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys. You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and to keep your account information accurate. You may not share credentials in a way that compromises the security of your account or our platform.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use our infrastructure for activities that violate applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute malware, send spam, or engage in network abuse. We may suspend services that threaten the integrity, security, or experience of others on the platform.

4. Data and storage

You retain all rights to the data you store on our services. We process and store your data solely to provide the services and do not sell it. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and access controls, and for using the services in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

5. Payment and billing

Services are billed monthly or annually as agreed, based on usage and your chosen plan. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement or required by law.

6. Service level agreement

We guarantee 99.99% uptime for our cloud infrastructure services. If we fail to meet this SLA in a given month, you may be eligible for service credits. Planned maintenance is excluded from uptime calculations and is announced at least 48 hours in advance.

7. Limitation of liability

Ajenu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for exporting your data within a reasonable period, and we will delete your data within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
